I can't update/save cover picture or thumbnail on my course

Unfortunately, this is is a quite common problem. This usually happens because of an overly active caching mechanism of some browsers. The new content is actually saved, but browser chooses to show you previous version (in order save the bandwidth and speed up page loading). 

Clearing cache (https://support.google.com/chrome/answer/95582?hl=en) or updating your browser usually helps.
