- Navigate to Admin/User Directory page
- Scroll to the end of the page and click on "Invite people" button;
- A new tab will appear showing 2 options:
- "Type emails" - allows you to manually type the emails of your colleagues;
- "Import from file" - allows you to import all your email contact list in CSV file format (useful when you want to invite several people at the same time)
Please note, the invitation has to be accepted using the same address to which you have sent the invitation.
If you can track the status of email invitation (delivered/rejected) on "Sent invitations" tab. Once user accepts the invitation, you will see a new record appearing in the "User directory" tab.
