User directory: Invite users to join

With Eliademy Premium, you can add your colleagues or students to your account and later enroll them to courses without sending individual course invitations. To add a user, please follow these steps:
  1. Navigate to Admin/User Directory page
  2. Scroll to the end of the page and click on "Invite people" button;
  3. A new tab will appear showing 2 options:
  • "Type emails" - allows you to manually type the emails of your colleagues;
  • "Import from file" - allows you to import all your email contact list in CSV file format (useful when you want to invite several people at the same time)
Please note, any invitation can be activated only one time. This prevent your user to forward the invitation and let other people enroll in your course without your consent. Whenever you send an email invitation to join your account - user always will receive an email like this:

Please note, the invitation has to be accepted using the same address to which you have sent the invitation.

If you can track the status of email invitation (delivered/rejected) on "Sent invitations" tab. Once user accepts the invitation, you will see a new record appearing in the "User directory" tab.
