RSS Feed of course progress
I would like to be able to tap into an RSS feed for a number of key areas so that I can update my blog and social media as to the progress of the course. If a candidate completes the course and is awarded, then I would like to be able to automatically push that message out to the blog and then social media channels.
Hi, thanks for getting back to me. Please see my ideas on quiz pass marks and observational tasks. My interest in this is to be able to share the progress of course members on my website. We use blogs to communicate therefore I would like to take a suitable alert such as 'John Smith has passed the quiz on sailing into the wind' and post it to our training blog and potentially out to social media. If you think this would impact privacy then I understand.
My alternative suggestion would be to post a graphic on our blog to show the progress of all candidates. Therefore taking the analytics displays and being able to embed them on our site.

Could you please help me to understand your idea fully. Would you like to get an RSS feed with course completion/certificae events for the course you take?
At the moment, whenever you complete a course (you complete all tasks and there is course end date) or receive a certificate, you are shown a dialog where you can share an event to social media. We definetely could add an RSS as an an additional method for it.
If you would like to get an RSS evens for completion even for the students who take your course - we would need to build the system in a way that studetns give a permission for it (it is in the end private information).
