There should be a possibility to give a student "0" for not completed task (for his future rating to be correct).3 votes
We automatically grade tasks without submissions as NA, or 0 grade on the Gradebook tab.
It would be nice to be able to "enroll" other teachers or to have "junior" administrators. I would like my TA to be able to do some of the things I do and I would also like to share the information with a teacher who teaches another section of the same course. Thanks!4 votes
As a lead instructor you can promote anyone from the participants list to be co-instructor. Here is a how to http://helpdesk.eliademy.com/knowledgebase/articles/669763-how-to-add-another-teacher-to-a-course-co-teacher
Can we link the certificates to the QUIZ? so the user can not issue a certificate unless he passes the quiz

Right now it is up to teacher when to issue certificate. If student haven’t completed some tasks, as a teacher you will see a warning upon certificate issuing.
Just adding screenshot of my iphone set vertical in my hand. That's what you're home page looks like. I recognise the issue as it has happened to me in my draft website. You need to change the settings of the YouTube clip in the middle I think. It's a real shame as you have a nice homepage which people on smartphones will be put off looking at.1 vote
Thanks a lot for noticing. Fix will go live on Monday.
I have seen http://helpdesk.eliademy.com/knowledgebase/articles/485277-can-i-add-audio-file-mp3-to-my-course
and although solutions are described - neither are ideal.
- All we really want is a simple (editor) upload button and then a simple (frontend) play button.4 votes
We have just release an update that allow adding any audio file to eliademy as URL with playback controls right in the course material. In order to use it, please click on new “add audio” icon in the editor.
Make it work mobile .
Make it usable as game platform for learning games1 vote
Thanks for the idea. We decided not to develop a native app for each OS, and instead focus on having Eliademy working on all platforms as a web app. Thus, it works quite well on the iPad already now.
If you have a set time that an assignment needs to be released and completed by. Under new BTEC submission rules assignments must be completed in a two week period unless the task is unsuited. Befroe this two week period they should not see the assignment. From a planning perspective it would however be useful to have assignments loaded on to the system and set to appear at the right time6 votes
Hi! Thanks a lot for Eliademy! I want to suggest if it possible to add different colours on text letter! Thanks! Ana1 vote
Hello. It is already possible to change color for any course text. Simply select some text and click on “Text color” button on the toolbar (they look like 2 letters A on the right side)
User directory takes long amount of time to load. It's not easy when you have to go back and forth. Needs an improvement, maybe?2 votes
We have improved a lot user directory loading on one of our last week releases. We still have some improvements in the pipeline.
Would be great that only only organization administrators can upload, delete or modify course materials.2 votes
We have added a new “observer” role – which can see all course content as teacher, but can’t modify it. More details at https://eliademy.com/blog/2015/09/04/eliademy-premium-gets-better-team-management/
Eliademy has course progress bar for a very long time already. You can read about it here http://helpdesk.eliademy.com/knowledgebase/articles/330627-course-progress-bar
correcting tool1 vote
Any corrections for localized versions of Eliademy can be done at translate.eliademy.com. With English is is not possible since it is main language. If you see any typo or mistake – please just let us know at firstname.lastname@example.org
students could estimate teacher's work1 vote
In the top right corner of each course you can see few starts. If you click on them you can rate the courses and provide some feedback to the teacher.
suppose I want to start the same course with new dates and new students - is it possible?1 vote
Yes it is. Next to “create new course” you can see now “Reuse previous course”. If you click it and select any of the courses you teach/taught, you will get a complete copy of a course with all content and tasks (but not enrolled user). You can send invitations to this course to a new group of students.
In course information we have progress tab with raport available for download. We would like to have additional column in this report with information to which groups user is assigned. Now we have 2 columns in this report describing user "name" and "email" we would like to add also "group" available at user directory.135 votes
This idea is implemented and released. Now instructor can see list of groups to which user is assigned on grade export.
You have a great platform !
My suggestion is really minor but always fun to have :
Social badges as reward for students such as on Open2study platform. On Coursera or edX, there is a certification which is the "reward" so social badges add a little fun & challenge to the non certified course.
Thank for for the idea. In fact we do have certificates that many instructors use as incentives – you can learn more about from https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SsxK4heD_Kc.
Also, we are planning to add integration with Open Badges in near future.
It would be good to give students an automated custom message after the completion of each questionnaire5 votes
Translation of text with variables and constants requires frequent update and maintenance. For example the sentence with "€8.00/year " must be reviewed at every change of the price. Other strings suffer from the different translation of a constant (ex. access rights, user, participant, private course, etc.) in the ideomatic context of the string. Actual Eliademy translation strings could be optimized using" place holders" for this variables and constants. The "constants" must be translated first. Then the translator copy the other original string (including place holders), translates it (keeping place holders) and check the result. If the result do not satisfy her, can suggest a new translation of a "place holder" (ex. for plural) and submit for review.
This will minimize maintenence at least of all latin languages (French, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Brazilian Portuguese, etc.) but requires a change in the Eliademy language translation interface. Check Badoo translation interface for a hint.

We did a substantial clean up of various strings during past month. Localisation work should become a bit easier. Thank you for letting us know.
After someone complete a quiz the correct/incorrect answers will have been graded. If the instructor chooses, their will also be a box of text that appears under the answers that gives an explanation of why the answer that is correct came to b.10 votes
Let students be able to retake assignments. An option You could choose a specific person in your class to re-take an assignment. (If they have appealed to you)21 votes
